CD-312 Capacitor Discharge Stud Welder: This state-of-the-art stud/pin welding unit has an extremely short weld time and is designed for use on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum studs. This unit has a charge range of 45-185VDC, input power of 110 VAC, 20 amps, with a 24 stud per minute weld capacity. This is available as a complete system or sold separately as ground cables, gun, and power supply.
CD-512 Capacitor Discharge Stud Welder: This 168,000 mfd high capacitance unit has an extremely short weld time and is design for use on material as thin as .015 without burn-through; use on mild and stainless steel, and aluminum studs. This unit has a charge range of 45-185 VDC, input of 110 VAC, 20 amps, with a stud per minute welding capacity. This unit is available as a system or sold separately a gun, ground cable, and power unit.
CD-212 Capacitor Discharge Stud Welder: This light weight, portable stud/pin welder is exceptionally powerful for its size allowing you to weld up to ¼” diameter flanged weld studs, and can also be used on very then metal. The unit is designed for use with mild and stainless steels, and aluminum studs. The charge range is from 45-200 VDC, input of 110 VAC, 60 Hz, 20 amps, with a 12 studs per minute welding capacity. This unit is sold as a system, or available as power supplies, guns, and ground cables.
